Oily skin: Use once daily. Gently massage onto damp skin in small circles. Let sit for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water.
Normal/Dry/Sensitive skin: Use 1-2 times weekly. Gently massage onto wet skin in small circles. Rinse with warm water immediately.
